1. What the service is

ADM is a subscription platform for creating, personalising and sending outbound email campaigns, and on some plans for generating prospect data. You use it to contact people you have a lawful basis to contact.

2. Your list is yours

Contacts you import remain yours. We process them to deliver the service and for nothing else. We do not sell, rent or share your contact data, and we do not use one customer's contacts to generate leads for another.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use ADM to send unsolicited bulk email to purchased lists, to impersonate another organisation, or to send content that is unlawful in the recipient's jurisdiction. We enforce unsubscribe requests automatically and you may not attempt to circumvent the suppression list.

4. What we do not promise

We do not guarantee inbox placement, open rates, reply rates or revenue. We report exactly what our sending platform reports. Deliverability depends substantially on your domain reputation, your list quality and your content.

5. Plans, limits and changes

Each plan carries the limits published on the pricing page and enforced in the product. Upgrades take effect within the hour. Downgrades are handled with you so nothing is deleted without your knowledge.
